New Kronan design!
In about two weeks (week 18) the Kronan Family will get a new design. The new design is a bit simpler and cleaner, and maybe more esthetic appealing.
The White Portion is now really white, even the lid. Kronan Original and Kronan Loose is still green colored, but a bit darker. The Portion lid is silver colored and the Loose lid is golden colored, so it’s easier to quickly separate them.

In 2005, Swedish Match looked at their consumers and realized there was an opportunity to provide a good quality snus for those who are price conscious.
The name Kronan came from “Enkronan”, which is a coin in Sweden and it will continue to maintain a high quality standard while keeping it at a lower price.
Kronan is a coarse snus with a traditional tobacco taste and a character of mild citrus and flowers.
